JT leads Seek2Harvest's commercial strategy, capital architecture, and cross-sector partnerships across Aotearoa, Pacific region and Australia. He brings extensive executive and governance experience, having served as Deputy Secretary at the Ministry for Pacific Peoples and as a Chief Executive in the Community Education sector.
Specialising in public sector procurement, blended finance, and stakeholder alignment, JT works directly with community organisations, commercial entities, and public agencies to structure long-term funding and investment streams, organisational infrastructure, scaling productivity growth and long-term sustainability. He actively drives Seek2Harvest's Pacific economic development pathways, from leading capital infrastructure roadmaps to liaising directly with regional governments.
Jez directs technical architecture, strategic analytics, and digital infrastructure across Seek2Harvest. With over a decade of combined experience bridging public policy, economic modelling, and technology architecture, her background connects senior machinery-of-government frameworks with practical systems development. Her public sector career includes leading analytics within the New Zealand Treasury's Economic Capability team, contributing directly to the Living Standards Framework refresh, alongside executive operational leadership as Chief Advisor and Operations Director at the Ministry for Pacific Peoples.
At Seek2Harvest, Jez is the lead systems architect behind proprietary platforms including Wellspring (an automated logic-modelling and SROI engine aligned with Treasury CBAx standards), Canopy, and Groundwork. Her work centres on translating complex frontline community outcomes into audit-ready metrics while strictly upholding Indigenous Data Sovereignty and human-in-the-loop technical design.
Sarai oversees operational delivery, client implementation pipelines, and programme management (PMO) frameworks across the business. With a background spanning government policy, regulatory operations, and multi-agency programme execution (including NZQA and the Ministry for Pacific Peoples), she specialises in turning complex strategic mandates into disciplined operating environments.
Sarai leads process mapping, standard operating procedure (SOP) design, and milestone tracking across Seek2Harvest's client initiatives. She ensures that community enterprises and commercial partners have the structured operational foundations, compliance systems, and reporting workflows required to scale sustainably.
DJ works across the delivery pipeline at Seek2Harvest, supporting visual communication design, project coordination, and client workshop enablement. He works closely with the operational leads to build cohesive slide decks, structure capability modules, and assist in tracking project milestones across community and commercial portfolios.
Luka provides technical support across Seek2Harvest's digital platforms, data formatting, and community narrative research. Working alongside senior leadership, Luka assists with client intake data, case study documentation, and quality testing across platform release pipelines, ensuring community impact data is accurately catalogued and communicated.
